Hypnosis Self Help - It's Done
Everybody has a goal, the desire to experience that feeling of completion. And in January, you got in touch with how you “feel” about your goal. You were given a method to release the resistance. Then in February, you were given a technique to check to see if you were in alignment with your goal. This month, you will learn the steps to accomplish your goals.
Some times, a part of the goal is an action step that is not enjoyable or fully understood. It could be cleaning, paperwork, and other items which seem to have no end or information which is still needed. There will always be another room to clean, another paper to file or organize, or more information to gather.
In the unwritten laws (though there are thousands of books out there on this subject) of getting things done, there are 5 simple steps to take. 1. Establish what you want to accomplish. 2. Make it simple and something you can accomplish (not something you are wanting someone else to do). 3. Set a time frame, make the time within the next couple days, week or month. 4. What will you feel or think about yourself once it is done. 5. Reward yourself.
I would like for you to go ahead and write out your response and actions to each step. Also bring to mind a time when you did complete a goal or project as you can learn from your past, and bring forth what you already know. As you remember a past experience, bring forth that wonderful feeling of pride that is so important.
