Hypnosis Self Help - Recognizing Your Passion/Purpose
“Those with passion do, those without passion try” Kevin Hall
Living your passion can bring true happiness. Once you find it whether through your career or hobbies, you can create a vision for your life. To get a clear idea of your purpose/passion, look at the areas in which you have a talent or expertise. Normally, people will have a couple areas where they are really talented, which can lead to confusion.
Here is a check list for you to recognize your passion or expertise:
1. Doing it makes you feel good about yourself
2. You would do it for free
3. You lose track of time when you do it
4. You love to talk about it to everyone
5. You are happy to teach others
6. If this were how you spent all your time, it would be a good thing
7. It makes you want to get out of bed in the morning
Choose to be happy!
I found the “Optimist Creed” on the internet, thought I would share with you.
“Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance of all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.”
